Isabella Florez knows the local real estate market as if she was born to it — which, actually, she was. She grew up watching her mother, Andrea Florez, forge a successful business in real estate. Now that she’s going to college, Isabella has embarked on a career as a real estate professional, serving the California counties of Placer and Sacramento.

Isabella is a nursing student, and her inclination toward empathy extends to her clients. She just likes helping people. Most important among the real estate skills her mom passed along to her are honesty and integrity, and these qualities drive Isabella personally and professionally. Her clients include first-time and move-up buyers, sellers, and military families.

When she’s not serving clients or studying, Isabella enjoys spending time caring for family members, especially her great-aunt and grandfather.
